Spot bitcoin ETF inflows snapped back with $423.66 million across three consecutive sessions from Monday October 26 to Wednesday October 28, according to SoSoValue data reported by Bitcoin.com – the clearest institutional bid since the post-hack jitters set in. The only catch: almost all of it came from one door.
Three green days in a row
Monday added $110.34 million, every dollar of it through BlackRock’s IBIT while the other eleven funds sat flat. Tuesday widened to $175.99 million as Fidelity joined the buying, pushing the two-day total past $286 million. Wednesday added $137.33 million, with IBIT alone accounting for $136.01 million – about 99% of the day – and Bitwise BITW contributing $1.32 million. Total net assets across the eleven U.S.-listed spot funds stand at $104.88 billion.
BlackRock carries the rally
The concentration cuts both ways. After October’s brutal stretch – outflows topped $528 million in a single session earlier this month, and BTC traded near $77,000 after the Binance hack – three straight inflow days reset the tone. But with weekly trading value at just $1.26 billion, the recovery still rests on a single issuer. Broadening participation from Fidelity, Bitwise and the rest would make the bid look like conviction rather than a one-fund habit.
The rest of the complex
Ether ETFs at least slowed the bleeding, with net outflows narrowing to $21.41 million, while Zcash funds extended an inflow streak to seven sessions. For the bulls, three green days beat three red ones every day of the week – but the market’s post-hack hangover means the next test is whether the other doors open too.
