Pudgy Penguins, a well-known digital collectibles brand, has partnered with Mythical Games to launch a new Web3 mobile game called Pudgy Party. The game uses characters from the popular Pudgy Penguins NFT collection.
Launching globally, the game is a collection of fast-paced mini-games with a focus on fun and a “cozy vibe.” A key feature is its use of blockchain technology, which allows players to not only play the game but also to own and trade their in-game experiences.
According to Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Netz, the game is designed to bring people together and expand the brand’s mission of creating “joyful, meaningful experiences.” John Linden, CEO of Mythical Games, praised Pudgy Penguins for successfully reaching a mainstream audience, noting that this project highlights how Web3 technology can be both fun and accessible for everyone.
