Once again, Axie Infinity is launching a new play-to-earn event, inviting players to join the Cooking Showdown event in Axie Infinity Homeland. This event offers participants the chance to win rewards from a pool of 20,000 AXS, valued at nearly $150,000 at current market rates. To qualify for these rewards, players must secure a position within the top 5000 spots on the leaderboard by the end of the event, which runs from May 22nd to June 5th.
How Will Competitors Get to the Top of the Standings?
Players can use the event leaderboard to view their current standing in real time. To become the top player on the scoreboard, players must create different meals and score points. All of these tasks must be completed within an Individual Timer, though, in order for the points to be tallied. Players should be aware that the timer can only run for two hours every day and that any time not used can’t be carried over to the following day.
Your Axie Infinity Reward Structure Depends on the Type of Land Cooking Showdown at Home
When it comes to maximizing the benefits of cooking, the kind of land will be crucial. For example, each Fortune Trove in the Genesis plots will yield 5,000 Ancient Coins. Players will also receive 1,000 Ancient Coins for each Fortune Trove on the Mystic plots at the same time.
The idea is to give landlords incentives so they can choose to work with their rarer plots personally or assign them to the Stewards. A portion of the rewards made on their property by the Stewards will go to the owners if they are delegated.
