What AI does here
AI tools monitor regulatory filings, exchange announcements and market data, and prepare first drafts of routine market and regulatory updates from primary sources. They also assist with headlines, summaries and structure.
Which articles are AI-drafted
Routine market and regulatory updates — price moves, ETF flow reports, filing summaries, licensing announcements — are AI-drafted from primary sources. These make up the majority of what we publish.
Analysis, explainers, interviews and original reporting are written by a person.
We state this at the category level rather than tagging each article, so the claim stays accurate across everything we publish instead of depending on a label being applied every time.
How articles are published
Articles are prepared in batches and published on a schedule. On an active news day that can mean ten or more pieces, spaced through the day. The schedule controls when a piece appears, not whether it was checked.
Responsibility for every article rests with a named editor, not a system. Automation controls when a piece appears; it never decides that a piece is correct. Where something is wrong we correct it on the article and say what changed.
What AI never does
No quote, interview or first-hand observation on this site is machine-generated. We do not present AI-written text as original reporting, and we do not publish AI-generated images of real people or events as though they were photographs.
Sourcing
AI-assisted drafts are written from primary sources — regulatory filings, official announcements, on-chain and market data — and claims we cannot trace to one are removed.
Getting it wrong
