Ready For The Run, a Community-First Circuit Across India, Heads to Pune and Mumbai to Build a Preparedness Playbook for AI and Web3

Created by Infini3, the 9-city meetup circuit swaps panels and pitches for polls and honest conversation, and is three stops in.

NEW DELHI, India – October 26, 2026 – India’s AI and Web3 communities talk constantly, on X, in Telegram groups, on Discord and in private chats. What they rarely get is a way to hear themselves as a whole. “Ready For The Run” (RFTR), a community-first meetup circuit created by Infini3, was built to fix that. It travels city by city across a 9-city run, with room to add more, and asks the people in each room what they actually believe about where AI and Web3 are headed next.

The circuit is already under way. A closed-door Launch Party in Gurugram, followed by stops in Delhi NCR and Jaipur, have produced the first three community readings. Pune and Mumbai are next, within days of each other, during IBW & Devcon week.

What Ready For The Run Is

RFTR brings together builders, investors, traders, founders and researchers for real conversations, and it is deliberately stripped back:

  • No panel discussions
  • No firesides
  • No company pitches
  • No keynotes
  • No product demos

Every topic is chosen by the community itself, through surveys, live polls and real conversations in the room. The name is a play on the bull run: by the time the circuit ends, the community should be prepared for the next one, whichever way it goes.

How It Works

Each stop follows the same loop, so cities can be read side by side.

  • Meet: a local meetup where the community, not a stage, sets the agenda.
  • Measure: a pre-event survey at registration and live polls on the day capture sentiment, conviction and disagreement.
  • Listen: ecosystem leadership insights are gathered on topics the community has chosen.
  • Track: market insights that surface during the event are captured as they come in.
  • Compare: every city gets its own Community Pulse Snapshot, building a shared national picture.
  • Prepare: everything is compiled into India’s AI & Web3.0 Preparedness Playbook, a community-generated roadmap for India’s next bull run.

What Has Happened So Far

  • Launch Party, Gurugram (22 August): a closed-door opening gathering. 152 participants contributed to the pre-event surveys and live polls.
  • Delhi NCR (19 September), theme “Signals”: 176 registrations and 1,900+ data points. 81% said they would back a team over an idea, and 93% would rather follow a founder’s unfiltered journey than a polished one.
  • Jaipur (10 October), theme “Legacy”: 106 registrations, 3,500+ data points and 1,000+ live poll responses, powered by Flitpay. The room was 55% students, and the city scored 51/100 on the RFTR Readiness Index, rated “Emerging”: strong on AI use, early on crypto ownership.

One pattern held across all three rooms: AI + Crypto was the most-picked answer on what will drive the next cycle, at 45%, 49% and 50%. These are three rooms with different mixes of founders, developers and students, so they are an early pattern, not a national verdict.

What Is Coming

  • Pune – 31 October, theme “Momentum”: hosted at Coditas HQ, Trackside Partner for the city.
  • Mumbai – 4 November, theme “Capital”: powered by Longbook, with India Blockchain Week as event partner.

The remaining stops of the route will be announced as they are confirmed. By the end of the circuit, the Playbook is meant to give founders, investors, policymakers and communities a grounded picture of how ready India’s AI and Web3 ecosystem is, and where it is not.

“Every ecosystem has plenty of opinions and very little shared evidence. We started Ready For The Run to collect the evidence from the people actually in the rooms, city by city, and to publish it openly. Three stops in, it is already telling us things no single stage ever would.”
