WLFI-Linked Address Buys $18.6M in ETH and WBTC

On August 16, a crypto wallet associated with WLFI executed a significant transaction, spending 18.6 million USDC to acquire a large amount of Bitcoin and Ethereum. The address exchanged 8.6 million USD worth of USDC for 1,911 ETH, at an average price of $4,500 per ETH. Simultaneously, it used 10 million USD to purchase 84.5 WBTC (Wrapped Bitcoin), at an average price of $118,343 per WBTC.

This substantial purchase highlights the continued institutional interest in these two leading cryptocurrencies. The wallet also holds a reserve of 5 million USDC, suggesting the possibility of further acquisitions. This activity reflects the ongoing market movements and dynamic liquidity in the Ethereum and Bitcoin markets, driven by large-scale investor actions.
