In a significant move, Pudgy Penguins, a prominent NFT collection, has announced the launch of its new token, PENGU, on the Solana blockchain.

Ubisoft is set to make a significant splash in the blockchain gaming arena with the upcoming launch of its Captain Laserhawk: The G.A.M.E. NFT Collection. This collection will feature 10,000 NFTs built on the Ethereum scaling network, Arbitrum, and is slated to go live in the coming weeks via the Magic Eden marketplace.

Pudgy Penguins is a collection of 8,888 unique, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) featuring adorable, cartoon penguins. Each penguin is a digital collectible with distinct traits like different outfits, accessories, and backgrounds, making each one a one-of-a-kind asset. The project launched in July 2021 and quickly gained popularity due to its charming artwork and community-driven ethos.

The lawsuit implies that Ronaldo, given his investment experience and substantial resources, should have been aware of Binance’s alleged sale of unregistered crypto securities. It references U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidance cautioning celebrities about disclosing payments received for promoting cryptocurrencies—a step the complaint alleges Ronaldo failed to take.
