FTX has revealed a fresh repayment proposal as part of its ongoing bankruptcy proceedings, aiming to fully settle debts owed to creditors.

Patrick Gruhn, the former head of FTX Europe, has paid about $1.5 million, “the largest sum ever spent at auction on a piece of Titanic memorabilia,” for a gold pocket watch discovered from the body of the Titanic’s richest passenger, The Wall Street Journal said.

Attorneys for Terraform Labs claimed that since the Luna Foundation Guard (LFG) is currently a non-entity in this matter, the SEC should properly pursue the penalty from them.
